Philip Macleod

Philip graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Botany and Psychology and subsequently completed a Postgraduate Diploma of Education.

He then worked for fourteen years with IBM Australia during which time he held several management positions. A significant aspect to his career with IBM was his role in training as a guest facilitator which culminated in him managing the Training function responsible for S.E. Asia with a department of 150 people and a budget of $30million.

Philip founded Corporate Plus in 1991, a general business consulting and coaching company with a focus on training.

With his background in Psychology and training and development Philip has specialised in delivering training in 'Behaviour Modelling' specifically 'DISC Accreditation Training'. Philip is one of the world's most experienced and proficient facilitators of the DISC methodology. Since 1996 he has delivered the program to over 1,000 participants in countries around the world. These countries include South Africa, Hong Kong, Brunei, Malaysia, America, Japan and Australia. Customers have included Bristol Myers Squibb, American Express, Bankers Trust, Shell Company, IBM, International SOS, Hewlett Packard, HSBC in Brunei, Caltex Australia, Halliburton Heinz Wattie's Asia and DBS Bank Singapore.
