BTS Group Holdings PCL
Tanayong Public Company Limited was established on March 27, 1968 with initial registered capital of 5,000,000 baht to operate a property development business. The company launched its first property development project "Thana City" on Bangna-Trad Road in 1988. The project consists of single detached houses, townhouses, condominium units and land for sale next to the golf course designed by Greg Norman which is part of the Thana City development.
On May 4, 2010 the company changed its name to BTS Group Holdings PCL (BTSG) and acquired some 95% of the shares of Bangkok Mass Transit System; PCL (BTSC). On May, 11 2010 the SET changed the company's ticker to BTS (formerly known as TANAYONG) and changed its sector to Transportation and Logistics.

V Australia is Australia's newest premium international airline. Launching flights between Sydney and Los Angeles in February 2009, its second route took off between Brisbane and Los Angeles less than six weeks later.
