
Bangkok – April 28, 2025 – CBRE Thailand, the world’s leading real estate consultancy, is proud to support the Thailand Real Estate Case Competition 2025 (TRECC 2025), organized by the CU Real Estate Club of Chulalongkorn University. The competition provides a unique platform for university students across the country to demonstrate their capabilities in analyzing and developing real estate projects based on real-world scenarios.
TRECC2025 marks Thailand’s first student-initiated national real estate case competition, designed to promote hands-on learning with a focus on market analysis, financial modeling and comprehensive business strategy. The event also bridges academia and industry, featuring expert judges from various fields.
Mr. Yotwarit Chanchirawong, President of the CU Real Estate Club, stated: “We hope TRECC will serve as a launchpad for students to gain deeper insights into the real estate business world through case challenges inspired by real situations, with guidance from industry professionals.”

Applications are now open until May 15, 2025. The competition will be held in May-June, with finalists given the opportunity to present their solutions to a panel of experts. Outstanding participants may receive fast-track access to CBRE’s internship program and the chance to join the CBRE Retail Symposium for valuable real-world experience.
