Our business, support and operation teams have developed and documented Business Continuity Plans to respond to disruptive incidents, such as COVID-19, while safeguarding the health of our employees and minimizing the impact on the delivery of services to you.
On Moving Services, apart from physical pre-move survey at residence, we do also conduct phone consultation and/or online consultation in order to calculate shipment weight/volume to support your decision on the move.
As for all online programs of Crown World Mobility such as Global Skills Training (Eg: Intercultural Training, Language Training etc), there is no disruptions and all such programs is still on-going via dedicated online platforms.
It is business as usual for Global Visa and Immigration Assistance (for as long as government offices in Thailand operate). Our in-house immigration team is prepared and able to adapt fast to the constant changes under current situation. The same applies to our Destination Services such as Home Search Rental Assistance, School Coordination, Settling-In Assistance and Departure Assistance Program, our operations continue as usual in accordance to the strict guidelines imposed by Government of Thailand, which are in place to protect everyone’s safety to the utmost limit.
With our extensive worldwide network and adoption of advanced technology at work, we ensure all our customers that our daily communication with peers in any other parts of the world will not be affected as we monitor and adapt to the fluid situation.
