Easter is a wonderful time of year for families to celebrate together. As the world emerges from winter and spring flowers start to blossom, parents can unwind and enjoy fantastic food while their children indulge in fun games and special sweet treats, such as chocolate bunnies and Easter eggs.

To mark this joyous annual occasion, Goji Kitchen + Bar, the vibrant international culinary marketplace at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, has created an “eggcelent” Easter Brunch that brings the joy of the season to all guests and local residents.

Available on Sunday 4 April 2020, this bountiful buffet will include an amazing array of dishes from around the world, including traditional Easter favorites such as roasted lamb, hot cross buns and chocolate eggs, all served from live stations. Kids will be kept fully entertained with activities including an Easter egg hunt, with plenty of giveaway prizes, such as candies, chocolates and toys.

Diners can start their gastronomic journey with sumptuous seafood on ice, hand-cut sushi and sashimi, and five types of oysters from around the world, freshly shucked and served with traditional condiments. Alternatively, a charcuterie selection showcases premium cold cuts such as Iberico ham and prosciutto, accompanied by imported cheeses.

The centerpiece of any Easter Brunch should be succulent roasted meat, and the expert chefs at Goji Kitchen + Bar will present a choice of roasted lamb rack, slow-cooked leg of lamb, prime rib of beef, picanha steak, Easter ham, and baked Atlantic cod, all cooked to perfection and carved to-order. Luxurious foie gras and homemade Italian pasta are also available, and guests who crave authentic Asian flavors will be able to choose grilled river prawns, Peking duck, and braised wagyu beef noodles, along with many other locally-inspired live cooking stations.

And of course, no Easter Brunch would be complete without a series of decadent desserts and sublime sweets, such as chocolate Easter bunnies, hot cross buns, carrot cake, bunny shaped lollypops and more!

The Easter Brunch at Goji Kitchen + Bar is only available on Sunday 4 April 2020, from 11.30-14.30 hrs., and is priced at THB 2,228++ per person.
