Menu features Tagliere misto della casa (chef selection of Italian and homemade artisanal cold cuts, cheese and pickles), Carpaccio di Pesce spade (smoked Sicilian swordfish, fennel salad, Pantelleria caper, citrus dressing), Pork Tonnato (slow-cooked pork loin, tuna sauce, capers), Risotto ai funghi porcini (Carnaroli rice, porcini mushroom, Grana Padano, parsley), Reginette all’astice (jagged ribbon pasta, half Boston lobster, cherry tomatoes, basil), Orata al cartoccio (baked Mediterranean sea bream, seasonal vegetables, herbs breadcrumb in clams broth), Costata di Wagyu (grapevine grilled 1.5kg bone-in Wagyu prime rib served with choice of two side dishes and beef jus).
