This year, enjoy all that Thanksgiving has to offer with the premium flavorful selections from our Live Cooking Stations at The Dining Room, featuring traditional highlights including traditional roasted turkey (slow-roasted turkey, stuffing, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce), pineapple-glazed roasted Paris ham (honey gravy, double mustard, cherry) and a variety of carving stations including roasted beef sirloin, grilled Korean short rib, Moroccan spiced lamb shoulder, roasted lamb rack, sustainable fish of the day and many more delights. In addition, enjoy a selection of seafood on ice featuring snow crab leg, sea snail, sustainable white shrimp, European black mussel, fresh sustainable French oyster and steamed mud crab, only for dinner.
Our international stations – Italian, Korean, Thai and Japanese – are also ready to serve you, dishes such as “Bi-Bim-Bab” vegetable rice bowl, pasta hand-crafted live, assorted sashimi, an artisanal cheese selection as well as a soup and salad station. Finish off the meal with a variety of classic Thanksgiving desserts such as tiramisu, burnt cheesecake, milk chocolate Thai tea tart, salted cashew caramel, coconut panna cotta, pomelo jelly, mango sticky rice and a choice of homemade ice cream.
