Ever since 1880, Les Huîtres Cadoret has been cultivating fresh oysters in the clean, nutrient-rich waters of Brittany, on France’s Atlantic coast. Produced with passion and innovation in farms spanning 250 hectares in the Bay of Carantec and Belon River, these premium, sustainable oysters are highly prized by culinary professionals and connoisseurs around the world.

 

Running from February 13–22, 2026, the “Oyster Indulgence” promotion invites couples, friends, and families to enjoy eight different oyster varieties on weekdays and twelve varieties on weekends — including some of Les Huîtres Cadoret’s finest selections. These feature La Belon, La Fine de Cadoret, La Perle Noire, La Lune, L’Héritage, and rotating locally sourced Thai oysters from Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Surat Thani, sustainably harvested throughout the promotional period..

 

The culinary experts at Goji Kitchen + Bar will also use these delicacies to present a series of specialty dishes, including baked oysters with oyster aioli, cheesy baked oysters with spinach, spicy oyster salad with Thai herbs, crispy-fried oysters with tamarind sauce, and sizzling oyster omelet*.

This promotion forms part of a shellfish extravaganza at Goji Kitchen + Bar, which also showcases an extensive selection of succulent seafood on ice (king crab*, blue crab, scallops, rock lobster*, black mussels, Babylonia whelks, and banana prawns), plus hand-cut sushi & sashimi (salmon, tuna, hamachi, hotate, unagi, and wagyu). Every weekend, guests can also savor authentic French seafood dishes at the Community Sustainable Seafood Station, including grilled oysters with Mornay sauce, grilled razor clams with Maltaise sauce, soupe de poisson, crab quiche and more!

 

These marine delights will be accompanied with an amazing array of Thai, Asian and Western options, all served from live stations at Goji Kitchen + Bar. Culinary journeys can start with imported cheeses and cold cuts, including Iberico ham**, a range of Western dishes including whole baked salt-crusted salmon, dry-aged prime rib of beef, grilled Australian lamb rack, a live Pasta Station, and handcrafted pizzas, and an Asian Station featuring tom yum seafood, braised wagyu beef noodles, marinated grilled wagyu beef brisket, shabu-shabu**, and Peking duck**.
