14 FEB - Experience the Height of Romance and Culinary Creativity this Valentine’s Day at Nobu Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand, January 23rd, 2026 Nobu Bangkok, the world’s highest Nobu restaurant, set across the 57th and 58th floors and the rooftop of The Empire, presents an elevated celebration of romance this Valentine’s Day with two exquisitely curated experiences above the Bangkok skyline.

Available for one night only, on February 14th, 2026, the “Valentine Omakase” menu is a five- or six-course culinary journey that perfectly captures Nobu’s world-renowned style of contemporary Japanese cuisine, infused with a dash of tropical Peruvian inspiration. Imagined by Executive Chef Andrew Bozoki, this thoughtfully crafted menu expertly fuses the finest ingredients, including Hokkaido scallop, silky-smooth foie gras, lobster, and succulent beef short rib, with impeccable precision and artistic presentation.

Having been greeted with an appetizer of Kinmedai & Ebi Dashi Jelly, complemented with a bright red beetroot mousse and karashi miso, guests will be able to savor Scallop Kunafa Passionfruit Ceviche Foam, an elegant yet opulent dish that enhances imported Hokkaido scallop with caviar, kataifi, and a cloud-light passionfruit ceviche espuma. Nobu Bangkok's acclaimed Sushi Chef, Masami Ouchi, will then showcase his Chef Sushi Selection, comprising delicacies such as toro foie gras, shima aji, madai, and ama ebi. This leads into an enticing cross-cultural plate of Lobster Edamame Hummus – fresh lobster served atop a vibrant and verdant edamame hummus, then elevated with corn salsa, lobster oil and ikura. For a truly unforgettable evening, couples can choose to add a mouth-watering main course of Short Rib Wasabi Salsa – wonderfully tender short rib of beef, slow-cooked and accompanied with a piquant wasabi salsa and pickled red cabbage. This epicurean adventure then concludes with Strawberry Lemon Ginger, a celebration of citrus featuring black lemon sponge, candied ginger lemon, and lemon curd, topped with strawberry crémeux.

The five-course Valentine Omakase menu is priced at THB 4,200++ per person, with an optional THB 750++ supplement for the Short Rib Wasabi Salsa course. This enchanting experience can be shared on the 58th floor of Nobu Bangkok, with a choice of three seating times:
