Perfect for Bangkok’s breezy January and February evenings, this sharing-style menu invites guests to gather, and savour the pleasure of molten cheese against a backdrop of glowing city lights. Five curated fondues, crafted from the finest French and Swiss cheeses, are served bubbling hot with baby potatoes and crusty bread—ideal for dipping, sharing, and pairing with a glass of wine.
