PARK HYATT BANGKOK INTRODUCES “GENTLE RITUAL AFTERNOON TEA” IN COLLABORATION WITH ARAKSA TEA GARDEN

Bangkok, Thailand – 16 January 2026 – Park Hyatt Bangkok invites guests to a serene journey of taste and tradition with its latest afternoon tea experience, Gentle Ritual Afternoon Tea, crafted in collaboration with Araksa Tea Garden, Thailand’s first USDA and EU Organic certified tea producer. Available from now until 30 April 2026 at The Living Room, this curated offering celebrates sustainability, heritage and the art of tea.

 

 

Inspired by the organic tea gardens of Chiang Mai, Gentle Ritual Afternoon Tea is designed as a restorative escape, blending Araksa’s award-winning teas with handcrafted sweet and savory creations by Pastry Chef Fabrizio Zarate. At the heart of this experience is the Park Hyatt Bangkok Blend, a bespoke infusion of White Peony tea, estate-grown Bishop and Sukhothai roses and subtle bamboo notes, reflecting the hotel’s graceful character.

Araksa takes its name from the Sanskrit word Ārakṣa, meaning ‘to preserve’, reflecting its commitment to sustainability. One of Thailand’s oldest tea gardens, it lay untouched for over 15 years before its revival in 2014, a period that allowed the tea plants to flourish naturally without intervention. Today, Araksa leverages this pristine environment through a boutique production model, specializing in high-quality organic teas. By offering distinctive flavors that honor the land’s heritage, Araksa is playing a pivotal role in elevating Thailand’s reputation within the global tea industry.
