Bangkok – March 21, 2024 CBRE, the world’s leading property consultant, is proud to announce that Rasa Two, a prominent Grade A office building located at the bustling intersection of Asok and Phetchaburi roads, has successfully obtained the esteemed LEED Silver certification with assistance from our Sustainability team.

Designed by Gensler, a globally renowned architectural designer, Rasa Two embodies a timeless elegance concept. The building’s design and architecture reflect a strong commitment to excellence and sustainability, traits that have been recognized and rewarded with the LEED Silver certification.

One of Rasa Two’s key advantages is its strategic location. The building is easily accessible by various means of transportation, being just 180 meters away from MRT Phetchaburi, 300 meters from Asoke Pier, 380 meters from the Airport Rail Link at Makkasan and 700 meters from the Expressway.

CBRE is thrilled to have contributed to this sustainability journey and looks forward to continuing its commitment to promoting environmentally friendly and sustainable real estate solutions.
