The experience unfolds through a meticulously crafted 9-course Prosperity set menu, priced at THB 5,380++ per person, where every dish tells a story of luck and longevity. The journey begins with the Yu Sheng with Hamachi, a colorful masterpiece of shredded vegetables and pristine yellowtail that serves as a noble symbol of both wisdom and overflowing abundance. This 'Prosperity Toss,' also known as Lo Hei, invites diners to raise their chopsticks in unison in a sensory celebration of the Spring Festival—a ritual where the height of the toss reflects the magnitude of good fortune awaiting them in the year ahead.

 

This is followed by the succulent Char Siu Barbecue Iberico Pork, a dish crafted to represent wealth and the promise of a bountiful year where one’s table is never empty. The soul-warming White Pepper Crab Thick Soup with Fish Maw arrives as a luxurious elixir of life, symbolizing not only great riches but also the timeless wish for longevity. The menu further elevates the celebration with 23 Head South African Kippin Dried Abalone in Abalone Sauce, a highly prized delicacy that epitomizes success, and K’s Signature Stuffed Crab Shell with Chinese Olive Leaf and Garlic, where the crab’s claw acts as a symbolic vessel to ‘seize wealth.’  

 

 

The Crispy Pigeon is presented as an auspicious messenger of a fulfilled life, while the Stir-Fried Seasonal Vegetables with Ginger Sauce and Sakura Ebi and the Steamed Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf with River Prawn bring a touch of joy—as the word for prawn evokes the sound of laughter, ensuring a year filled with happiness. The banquet concludes with the Double Boiled Bird’s Nest with Chilled Coconut Milk, a revered ‘food of life’ that promises radiant vitality.
