Bangkok, Thailand, 12 October 2026 – Internationally acclaimed Chef Paulo Airaudo, whose global restaurant portfolio includes multiple Michelin-starred establishments, returns to Bangkok on 22-23 October 2026 for a special two-night appearance at Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo, the MICHELIN Selected Italian-inspired restaurant located on the 56th floor of EA Rooftop at The Empire.

During his visit, Chef Paulo will reunite with Head Chef Bjørn Tischner and the culinary team at Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo to showcase his distinctive approach to Italian-inspired cuisine through the restaurant's tasting menus. Throughout both evenings, Chef Paulo will be present in the open kitchen, offering guests a rare opportunity to meet him in person and gain insight into his culinary philosophy and creative inspirations.

Born in Argentina to Italian parents, Chef Paulo has built an international culinary career spanning acclaimed restaurants across Europe and Asia. Rooted in his Italian heritage and shaped by diverse cultural influences, his culinary philosophy places exceptional ingredients at the forefront, combining precise techniques with contemporary creativity to create a distinctive expression of Italian-inspired cuisine.

Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo, the chef's first restaurant in Southeast Asia, reflects his ingredient-driven philosophy through thoughtfully curated tasting menus that highlight seasonal produce, refined techniques and creative flavor combinations. The restaurant's interior draws inspiration from Florence's heritage of fine tailoring, complemented by panoramic views of Bangkok's skyline, creating a dining experience where the art of design meets culinary craftsmanship.

Chef Paulo Airaudo will be at Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo on 22-23 October 2026, from 17.30 to 22.30 hrs. (last order at 20.30 hrs.). The restaurant is located on the 56th floor of EA Rooftop at The Empire, with convenient access via BTS Chong Nonsi Station (Exit 5).
