Curated by Chef Stefano, the specially crafted multi-course menu celebrates Italy's culinary heritage through seasonal ingredients, refined flavors, and thoughtful pairings designed to elevate every course.

A Signature Pairing
Among the evening's highlights, the saffron-infused Carnaroli risotto with Italian sausage and morel mushrooms is paired with the Montezovo Amarone "Sa Solin" della Valpolicella DOCG 2021 — a velvety, expressive wine revealing notes of dark cherry, warm spice, and cocoa that beautifully complement the warmth and depth of the dish.

The Menu
The evening opens with a delicate king crab salad with marinated zucchini and lemon, followed by octopus braised in cherry tomato, capers, and olives. The meal concludes with Mille Foglie al Frutto della Passione, a beautifully layered dessert drawn from the chef's hometown traditions.
