On Sunday, 25 October 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., bartenders from Shanghai and Hangzhou will take over Ruby’s and Bar.Yard, shaking up their signature cocktails and offering Bangkok’s cocktail lovers a glimpse of China’s exciting bar scene.
A TASTE OF SHANGHAI AT RUBY'S

For one night only, he will serve four signature creations: The South Lemon Wine, combining vodka, wampee (a Chinese citrus fruit), lemon tea and Pinot Noir; Peppers “Mangoes”, a mix of Tabasco-infused vodka, sherry, apricot wine, bell pepper and mango; Super French 75, with Cognac, verjus and natural wine; and Café for Geisha, pairing tequila with coconut-brewed Geisha coffee, kaffir lime leaves and amaro.
A live DJ will set the mood for the evening, while Kris makes sure there's something worth raising a glass to
