CBRE Thailand Advises Urban Hospitality Group on 30-Year Land Lease Near BTS Phra Khanong

Bangkok– September 30, 2026 – CBRE Thailand, the leading international property consultant, advised Urban Hospitality Group (UHG) on a 30-year land lease for a prime site near BTS Phra Khanong in Bangkok, supporting the expansion of The Quarter hotel brand.

The site comprises 444 sq. wah and is within walking distance of BTS Phra Khanong, providing convenient access to both Rama IV and Sukhumvit Roads. The surrounding area features a mix of retail, office, government and residential developments, positioning the site to serve both leisure and business travelers.

The project will expand The Quarter, UHG's four-star hotel brand. This concept targets modern travelers with a lifestyle-focused hospitality experience in strategically connected urban locations.
