Throughout these two months, Pagoda Chinese Restaurant will transport diners back to the golden era of Cantonese cuisine with its “Hong Kong Nostalgic Homemade Dim Sum” Curated under the expertise of Chef Oscar Pun, the restaurant’s esteemed Hong Kong Head Chef, together with Chef Allan, the Master Dim Sum Chef, this menu highlights the authentic craftsmanship, handmade techniques and time‑honored recipes that define traditional Hong Kong dim sum—celebrating flavors that evoke comfort, heritage, and the artistry of classic Chinese cuisine.
Highlights include the Teochew-style dumplings with minced pork and nine kinds of vegetable, a nostalgic favorite known for its balanced textures; steamed bean curd wrap with fish maw, chicken and black mushroom, a luxurious bite that showcases refined Cantonese techniques; steamed buns with braised pork belly, taro and red fermented bean curd, which showcases bold heritage flavors; and crispy fried pork & prawn wontons with golden gravy, which capture an iconic blend of tastes and textures from Hong Kong.
With heritage-inspired recipes, premium ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship, this limited‑time menu is a culinary time capsule – honoring the soul of Hong Kong’s dim sum heritage while delivering a unique dining experience.
The Hong Kong Nostalgic Dim Sum menu is available every lunchtime (11.30 – 14:30 hrs.) from March 1 to April 30, 2026. Prices start from THB 180++ per basket.

For dinner, Pagoda Chinese Restaurant presents the “Dim Sum Basket Dinner” – 12 pieces of premium handmade dim sum served in a traditional Cantonese steamer. This exquisite selection includes steamed pork & shrimp dumplings with whole abalone, steamed prawn (wang tiger) dumplings, steamed classic pork, shrimp & shiitake dumplings with salmon roe, and steamed truffle, shiitake, corn & asparagus dumplings. This elevated experience is priced at THB 1,488++ per basket.
The Dim Sum Basket Dinner is available every evening (18.00 – 22:00 hrs.) from March 1 to April 30, 2026.

Renowned for their sweetness, vibrant aroma and delicate texture, these premium berries inspire four refined desserts, brought to life with Akira Back’s signature culinary flair.
