The Grande Spa Opens a Private White Tea Sanctuary with HARNN

A dedicated treatment room where Thai herbal healing meets HARNN's White Tea collection.

                      The Grande Spa at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok has opened a private treatment room devoted to a single ingredient. Created with HARNN, the Thai wellness house, The Grande Spa and HARNN brings together the brand's White Tea collection and traditional Thai herbal therapies in a sanctuary reserved for the experience alone.

                       White tea is the least handled of all teas, young leaves and unopened buds dried in open air rather than rolled or fired. What remains is a fragrance that is clean, soft and almost weightless, and it sets the register for everything in the room: the scent that meets guests at the threshold, the HARNN body-care products used throughout, the unhurried pace of the ritual itself. 
 

                          Two treatments have been curated for the room.

White Tea Aromatic Journey with Luk Pra Kob
90 minutes | THB 4,800++

                           A full-body treatment pairing aromatic massage with luk pra kob, the Thai herbal compress. Warmed bundles of lemongrass, kaffir lime and camphor are pressed along the body to release muscular tension, while flowing massage and HARNN's aromatic oils carry the ritual to its close.
 

White Tea Aromatic Massage with Neck and Shoulder Therapy
75 minutes | THB 3,800++
                           Shaped for guests carrying tension from long flights, long meetings or the pace of the city. A soothing aromatic massage is followed by focused work across the neck, shoulders and upper back, where that tension tends to settle.
                           "A treatment room built around one ingredient asks something of us, every detail has to answer to it," said Pannachart, Spa Manager. "We wanted guests to recognize Thailand in this room, not as decoration but in how the ritual is performed and what it is made from."
                            The collaboration draws on the identity of Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit as Thailand's first Luxury Collection hotel, where guests encounter the country through the hands and craft of the people who know it best. HARNN's formulations have been rooted in Asian botanical traditions since 1999; The Grande Spa's therapists bring decades of practice in Thai therapeutic technique. The room is where the two meet.
