Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo Introduces a New Summer Menu Celebrating Seasonal Italian-inspired Flavors

Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo, the MICHELIN Selected dining destination on the 56th floor of EA Rooftop at The Empire, unveils its new Summer Menu, celebrating the season's finest ingredients through refined Italian-inspired cuisine. Thoughtfully curated to capture the freshness, vibrancy, and elegance of summer, the menu presents a sensory journey that showcases the very best of the season.
As the first Southeast Asian venture by Chef Paulo Airaudo, whose restaurants collectively hold eight Michelin stars worldwide, Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo continues to captivate discerning local diners and international visitors alike. Inspired by the tailoring traditions of Florence, the venue pairs sophisticated interiors with sweeping panoramic views of Bangkok, creating an immersive dining experience where every detail reflects precision, creativity, and a profound respect for exceptional ingredients.
Highlights of the new menu include Snow Crab with Oscietra Kaviari caviar, Chittara with Amalfi limoncello, Risotto with Camarón Rojo, Brill with Champagne sauce, and seasonal desserts including White Flat Peach and Basilico. Each dish celebrates ingredients at their seasonal peak while expressing Chef Paulo Airaudo's distinctive interpretation of contemporary Italian-inspired cuisine.
The Summer Menu is available from now until 30 September 2026. Conveniently located with direct access from BTS Chong Nonsi Station (Exit 5), Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo welcomes guests Wednesday to Sunday for lunch from 12.00–14.00 hrs. (last order at 13.30 hrs.) and dinner from 17.30–22.00 hrs. (last order at 20.30 hrs.).
