Dear AustCham Members,

As we move through November, I’m pleased to look back on another active month for AustCham Thailand, filled with opportunities to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the Australian Business community.

October was a busy and rewarding month. We began with October Sundowners & Member Briefing on the 1st which is still Bangkok’s premier networking event at Chang Canvas, One Bangkok,followed by the October SME Coffee Morning on the 9th, which once again provided a valuable forum for small business owners to share ideas and experiences.

Later in the month, I had the pleasure of attending both the Sponsor Cocktail Reception on the 20th and the ANCA Investment Showcase on the 21st. It was fantastic to meet many of our members in person and to see the strong engagement across our business community as well as celebrating the success of a fantastic Australian company in Thailand. We wrapped up the month with the Joint Chambers Phuket Sundowners on the 31st—a wonderful evening co-hosted with 11 foreign chambers, bringing together professionals from across the country for a memorable networking experience by the beach.

November has already started on a high note with the Melbourne Cup Charity Luncheon, which as always combines fun, fashion, and fundraising in true Australian spirit. I’d like to thank all who attended and supported this great event.

Looking ahead, we have plenty more to look forward to this month. The November Sundowners on the 6th will provide another great opportunity for members to connect, followed by the SME Coffee Morning on the 13th. On the 21st, AustCham is proud to co-host Breakfast & The Ashes: A Morning for Men’s Health with the BCCT at the British Club—an important and enjoyable event supporting men’s wellbeing. That same day, members in the Eastern Seaboard region can join the Multi-Chamber ESB Networking, hosted by BeluThai and NTCC in Pattaya.

And as we approach the festive season, I warmly invite you to join us for our Christmas Reception on 3rd December at Sofitel Sukhumvit. It will be a perfect way to celebrate the year’s achievements with friends and colleagues before we all get ready for the festive season and the new year.
