The centerpiece of this July’s series arrives on Sunday, 19 July, when the hotel’s acclaimed Thai restaurant, basil, joins forces with Samsen Villa — a name synonymous with authentic Thai hospitality and the warmth of generations-old family cooking. Born from a deep passion for preserving Thailand’s culinary soul, Samsen Villa has earned its place as one of the country’s most cherished dining institutions, and this collaboration brings its beloved recipes to one of Bangkok’s most iconic brunch stages for one exceptional Sunday only.
Together, basil and Samsen Villa present a journey through Thailand’s four regional cuisines — Central, Northern Lanna, Northeastern Isan, and Southern — each dish a testament to the flavors, techniques, and stories passed down through generations.
