The visit will feature “World of Nobu” on Tuesday, 24 November, an exclusive one-night celebration bringing together chefs from seven Nobu destinations worldwide, followed by a special dinner on Wednesday, 25 November, offering guests another opportunity to experience Nobu Bangkok during the renowned chef’s visit.

World of Nobu: Seven Destinations, One Extraordinary Night — 24 November 2026
Taking place on Tuesday, 24 November 2026, at the 57th Floor Event Terrace of Nobu Bangkok, “World of Nobu” will bring together Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and chefs representing seven Nobu destinations worldwide: Nobu Bangkok, Nobu Dubai, Nobu One Za’abeel, Nobu by the Beach, Nobu Tokyo, Nobu Kuala Lumpur, and Nobu Singapore.
Presented as an exclusive standing culinary experience with no assigned seating, the event invites guests to explore dedicated live chef stations, savor freshly prepared signature dishes, and witness the chefs’ craftsmanship up close. Each destination will showcase its distinctive interpretation of Nobu’s celebrated Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, with the opportunity to meet Chef Nobu Matsuhisa in person as a highlight of the evening. Food will be served from 19.00 to 22.30 hrs., with the celebration continuing until 23.30 hrs.
Complementing the culinary experience is a curated selection of Nobu sakes, accompanied by live band performances from 19.00 to 21.00 hrs., followed by a DJ from 21.00 hrs. onwards, all set against Bangkok’s illuminated skyline.
