This exclusive evening unfolds in a sophisticated and social ambiance, as guests are greeted with a welcome glass of Borgo Imperiale Prosecco Brut, a vibrant Italian sparkling wine, as the sun sets over the Bangkok skyline. Having been seated in Akira Back's elegant restaurant, the epicurean odyssey will commence with Tuna Tataki, enlivened with mustard su-miso sauce and pickled wasabi, and complemented with a glass of Langhe Nescetta, Diego Conterno Monforte D’Alba, a golden white wine with notes of tropical fruit and citrus.
Diners will then be treated to AB Taco & Una-Q, an elevated version of Akira Back's signature dish featuring wagyu bulgogi, unagi kabayaki and seared foie gras, accompanied with Fattoria Villa Saletta, Chiave Di Saletta IGT Toscana, an intense Italian red with a hint of berries, balsamic and dark chocolate. For the fish course, delicate Roasted Black Cod with sautéed baby spinach and gochujang miso is expertly contrasted with Fattoria Villa Saletta, Saletta Riccardi IGT Rosso Toscana, a full-bodied red infused with the aromas of cocoa, coffee and black pepper.
This culinary symphony reaches a crescendo with Akira Back's ultra-tender Australian Wagyu Ribeye, cooked to perfection with mixed mushrooms, potato purée and black garlic jus, and paired with a glass of Fattoria Villa Saletta, Saletta IGT Rosso Toscana, a fruity and spicy red. Guests can then end their evening with a sublime Strawberry Panna Cotta, kissed with crumble and a raspberry glass.
