On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24th & 25th, 2025), and New Year’s Eve (December 31st, 2025), guests are invited to indulge in an evening of culinary artistry curated by Executive Chef Ales Donat. The festive journey begins with a glass of Bollinger La Grande Année Brut Champagne, setting a sparkling tone for the night. Each course is a celebration of the season’s finest — from rich Tuna Otoro to luxurious Caviar, and the intoxicating aroma of White Truffle that defines the essence of Italian winter.
