Following fully booked September evenings, Chef Ian Kittichai’s Sam Rub Chef’s Table returns on 26 and 27 October. Inspired by the Thai tradition of gathering around a shared table, the five-course experience presents a balanced selection of regional dishes together on a traditional Sam Rub tray, celebrating the flavours of Central and Southern Thailand through Chef Ian’s contemporary perspective.
