Debuting on Saturday June 27, 2026, K’s Signature Brunch is an epicurean celebration that is sure to delight diners and bring loved ones closer together. Having stepped into the refined rooftop setting of this Michelin Recommended restaurant, guests will be treated to a modern Cantonese menu, reimagined through the lens of Chef Vicky Cheng, the celebrated Hong Kong-born culinary maestro.
K’s Signature Brunch blends the elegance of China's dim sum culture with the upbeat spirit of an urban brunch. Having been greeted with welcome plates upon arrival – Marinated Egg with Oscietra Caviar, Eggplant & Tomato Salad, and Salt & Pepper Tofu – couples, families and friends will be able to savor handcrafted cuisine, soak up spectacular skyline views and enjoy live music from a talented singer and pianist at K’s Tea Bar, creating an ambiance where daytime relaxation meets rooftop sophistication.
The gastronomic journey commences with a series of comforting soups, from the indulgent Hot & Sour Soup with Crab Meat and Fish Maw to the fragrant Coconut Chicken Soup, before moving into the heart of the experience: unlimited dim sum and bites.
Highlights include handmade Har Gao Shrimp Dumplings, Abalone Siu Mai, Spinach Crystal Dumplings, Char Siu Barbecue Pork Buns, and Salted Egg Custard Buns, alongside an array of fried and pan-fried specialties such as Crispy Taro Puffs with Smoked Duck, Mapo Tofu Spring Rolls, Pan-Fried Turnip Cakes, and Ham Sui Gok with Black Pepper Beef. Keen foodies can also savor unlimited dishes, including Sichuan Chicken Wings, Stir-Fried Green Beans with Chinese Olive Leaf & Minced Pork, and Seasonal Vegetables with Ginger Sauce & Sakura Ebi.
For the main course, guests may select one of K by Vicky Cheng’s iconic signature dishes, carefully crafted to reflect the culinary vision of Vicky Cheng. Options include K’s Signature River Prawns or Stuffed Crab Shell with Chinese Olive Leaf & Garlic, and the restaurant’s acclaimed Char Siu Barbecue Iberico Pork. A choice of rice or noodle bowls follows, before the afternoon ends with unlimited desserts served in petite portions, such as Mango Pomelo Sago with Coconut Ice Cream, Mango Mochi, and Salted Egg Custard Bun.
To further enliven the occasion, diners can choose to add two hours of free-flow beverages. The Standard Package includes Bottega Prosecco, house wines, selected cocktails, soft drinks, and water, while the Premium Package is enhanced with Taittinger Champagne.
