Bangkok, August 2026 — Rossini's at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, invites discerning diners to discover the soul of Tuscany through an exclusive gastronomic experience on Friday, 28 August 2026.
 

Conceived as far more than a traditional wine dinner, the evening unfolds as a thoughtfully orchestrated journey through one of Italy's most storied culinary regions. Each course unites authentic Tuscan ingredients, refined Italian craftsmanship and expressive wines chosen to reveal the distinctive character of their terroir.
The journey opens with an elegant trio of aperitivi: Tuna Tartare Cannolo, Pecorino di Pienza Mousse on Polenta Chips, and Tuscan Sausage Crostino, accompanied by Azienda Agricola Orma Bianco di Orma.
 

Among the evening's signature moments is the Maialino da Latte: gently smoked suckling pig served with pickled cauliflower, potato croquette and tarragon-infused pork jus. The dish is presented alongside two distinguished Tuscan wines, Casanova di Neri Brunello di Montalcino and Azienda Agricola Orma, in a sophisticated dialogue between the depth of the cuisine and the character of each pour.
 

The menu continues with Cured Manzo di Pozza Beef with 30-month Parmigiano Reggiano, a Warm Pecorino Toscano Soufflé with Porcini Mushrooms and Summer Black Truffle, and hand-rolled Tuscan Pici with slow-braised Barbary Duck Ragù.
 

The evening draws to a close with a Tuscan Acacia Honey Semifreddo, complemented by caramelised figs, toasted almonds and Vin Santo caramel, followed by Rossini's handcrafted petits fours.
 

Featured wines are drawn from acclaimed Italian estates including Fèlsina, Tenuta di Ghizzano, Casanova di Neri and Azienda Agricola Orma, each thoughtfully matched to the menu while expressing the diversity, elegance and heritage of Tuscany's winemaking landscape.
