The evening begins with a delightful contrast of hot and cold appetizers, including Chiu Chow-Style Raw Ama Ebi, Smoked & Marinated Egg with Oscietra Caviar, and Shrimp Roe Prawn Toast, followed by a velvety Hot & Sour Soup with Crab Meat and Fish Maw.
The gastronomic adventure continues with a selection of the finest delicacies from land and sea, such as Char Siu Barbecue Iberico Pork, K’s Signature Stuffed Crab Shell with Chinese Olive Leaf & Garlic, Sichuan River Prawns, and Crispy Pigeon. These sensational dishes are perfectly complemented by Stir-fried Green Beans with Chinese Olive Leaf and Minced Pork, and Steamed Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf with Crab Meat.
