CBRE Thailand Sets a New Benchmark in Sustainability

Bangkok – November 27, 2025 CBRE Thailand, the leading international property consultant, is proud to announce two significant milestones that reinforce its leadership in sustainable business practices. The company’s head office has achieved LEED® v4.1 O+M: Interiors – Platinum recertification and has been certified as a Green Office at the Gold level for 2025 by the Department of Climate Change and Environment.

These prestigious recognitions highlight CBRE Thailand’s ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility, operational excellence and the advancement of sustainability standards within the property sector. They also reflect the company’s focus on supporting Thailand’s transition to a low-carbon economy and meeting the growing expectations of global investors, occupiers and stakeholders.

LEED v4.1 O+M: Interiors – Platinum recertification recognizes outstanding performance in sustainable building operations. As the leading global green building standard, LEED Platinum status reflects excellence in areas such as energy and water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, sustainable materials, and innovation in operations and maintenance.

CBRE is the first company in Thailand to achieve this honor, an accomplishment that affirms that company's ability to maintain world-class sustainability standards in a dynamic market environment.

Green Office – Gold certification, awarded by the Department of Climate Change and Environment, affirms CBRE’s effective implementation of best practices in general administration, communication and awareness, energy and resource efficiency, waste management, green procurement and the ongoing enhancement of workplace well-being. These efforts are made possible through the ongoing engagement of CBRE’s employees, who have embraced sustainable habits and supported company-wide initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

Mr. Lalit Thitipaisal, Associate Director of Sustainability at CBRE Thailand, commented:

“These dual achievements demonstrate CBRE Thailand’s commitment to setting and exceeding rigorous standards for sustainability in the built environment. We are proud of the ongoing contributions and support of our people in driving these accomplishments. As sustainability expectations continue to evolve, CBRE remains dedicated to applying innovative solutions and best-in-class practices that create long-term value for our clients and communities.”

“CBRE Thailand will continue to promote and advance sustainability in every dimension of its business, upholding its role as a market leader and supporting the transition to a greener, more sustainable future for Thailand’s real estate industry. We remain focused on driving positive change and providing industry-leading solutions that benefit our clients, partners and society at large,” Ms. Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon, Managing Director at CBRE Thailand concluded.
