Chef Oscar Pun and his talented culinary team have curated a selection of six exquisite dishes, each using ingredients celebrated for their auspicious qualities, and telling a story of heritage and craftsmanship. Available from December 6 – 31, 2025, this limited-time menu is perfect for holiday gatherings, year-end celebrations, and festive reunions.
Discerning diners can begin their gastronomic journey with Liquid Pan-fried Pork & Scallion Dumplings (THB 488++), which are perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy within, then savor Cantonese-style Crispy-fried Pigeon with Lemongrass (THB 588++), a classic Cantonese delicacy that symbolizes celebration, cooked to perfection and infused with lemongrass for a fragrant twist. A highlight of the menu is Braised Glacier 51 Toothfish with Pickled Cabbage & Chili (THB 2,688++), which showcases this highly-prized and sustainable seafood, slow-braised with pickled cabbage and a hint of chili to deliver a perfect balance of richness and tang, while retaining its delicate texture.
Other creative offerings include Braised Eggplant with Fish Maw & Minced Pork (THB 888++), a comforting Cantonese classic which sees slow-braised eggplant absorb rich flavors, elevated with premium fish maw and pork to add depth, and Wok-fried Tiger Prawns with Egg Noodles & Chicken Broth (THB 1,888++), a luxurious and refined twist on a beloved dish, with the cooking technique infusing the succulent prawns with a smoky aroma. The dining experience can then conclude with Chocolate Orange Gateau (THB 288++), an indulgent dessert that blends rich chocolate layers with zesty orange notes, creating a harmonious blend of sweetness and citrus in every bite.
“A Taste of Tradition” is available from December 6 – 31, 2025 at Pagoda Chinese Restaurant every day for lunch (11:30 – 14:30 hrs) and dinner (18:00 – 22:00 hrs) from December 6 – 31, 2025.
