local residents and international visitors can saddle-up for a spectacular Cowboy Spirits & Midnight Cheers New Year’s Eve – a celebratory buffet dinner with plenty of vibrant live stations. Having been welcomed with a luxurious Amuse Bouche of caviar & crème fraiche, loved ones will be able to embark on an immersive epicurean adventure at the Oyster Bar & Seafood Station, Hand-cut Carving Station, and Hot Live Station on the top deck, featuring freshly-cooked delights such as seared Hokkaido scallops, truffle pasta, roasted Australian wagyu beef, pan-seared Atlantic halibut, and much more, all accompanied with glittering river views. Dessert fans can then head below deck for a sweet selection of Petit Fours & Mignardises.
The party atmosphere will be enlivened with a country band and sparkling drinks packages, a live DJ will keep the party vibes pulsing until late, and revelers will have front-row seats to the fireworks, which light up the Bangkok skyline at midnight.
