From 10–18 October 2026, you can discover Cantonese cuisine through a selection of dishes that brings together carefully chosen ingredients, traditional cooking techniques and the refined approach that has earned Wah Lok recognition in the MICHELIN Guide for five consecutive years from 2022 to 2026.
Chef Lam presents a selection that highlights the versatility of vegetables and Chinese ingredients through different Cantonese cooking techniques. Braised Bean Curd Stuffed with Assorted Vegetables in Superior Sauce (THB 290++) combines delicate bean curd with assorted vegetables, finished with a savoury superior sauce, while Braised Bamboo Pith Stuffed with Assorted Vegetables (THB 290++) showcases bamboo pith carefully prepared to complement the flavours of its vegetable filling.
For wok-fried dishes, you can enjoy Wok-Fried Mixed Vegetables with Cashew Nuts (THB 290++), where crisp vegetables meet the richness and texture of cashews. Sautéed Asparagus, Celery, Purple Sweet Potato and Lotus Root (THB 290++) brings together a distinctive combination of ingredients, with each retaining its own texture and character.
Among the more playful creations is Deep-Fried Vegetarian Taro Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce (THB 320++), offering Chef Lam’s interpretation of a familiar Cantonese favourite. To finish, choose Pineapple Fried Rice with Chinese Mushrooms and Vegetables (THB 290++) or Wok-Fried Homemade Flat Rice Noodles (THB 250++) for a satisfying Cantonese-style meal.
