Guests can choose from Grilled Tiger Prawns with Spicy Mango Salad and Crispy Prawns (THB 490++), a wonderfully fresh dish that highlights the timeless combination of seafood and fruit, and Coconut Milk Soup with White Leg Prawns and Malindjo Leaves (THB 460++), a sublime soup that delivers surprising layers of flavor. Crispy-fried Banana Prawns with Madan Sauce and Bitter Lemon Zest (THB 590++) stimulates the senses with its vibrant sour and sweet sensations, while Spiced Yellow Curry with Toddy Palm and White Leg Prawns (THB 570++) will transport diners’ taste buds to the pure shores of Southern Thailand. At Goji Kitchen + Bar the “Ocean Catch Prawn Feast” will take place from June 26 to July 5, 2026, showcasing five premium prawn varieties: giant tiger, red sea, Australian king, white leg, and banana prawns each prized for its distinctive taste and texture.
These ocean-fresh delicacies will be expertly crafted across a variety of cooking styles, including grilled, stir-fried, baked, steamed, and chilled preparations, as well as refined raw selections such as sashimi, ceviche, tartare, and carpaccio. Signature dishes will feature both Thai favorites and international creations, highlighting the versatility and richness of each prawn variety.
