Perched on the 23rd floor of Andaz One Bangkok, Piscari invites guests to experience the rooftop destination in a new light with the debut of Piscari Sunlit Brunch, a one-day Easter brunch taking place on Sunday, 5 April 2026. Marking the first time Piscari opens during daytime, the special brunch reveals a fresh side of the venue under the warm glow of late morning sunshine. Set against sweeping views of Bangkok’s blue skyline, the brunch brings together the joy of Easter with an easy-going afternoon designed for gathering and sharing with friends and family.

Inspired by the convivial spirit of Mediterranean dining, Piscari Sunlit Brunch unfolds from 11:30 AM onwards, where the experience is as much about connection and conversation as it is about the drinks and food. The feast offers an unlimited selection of fresh oysters, cheeses, cold cuts, and a variety of appetizers, followed by boundless à la carte main dishes prepared to order. Among the highlights, expect comforting, slow-cooked favorites and coastal classics, from egg dishes and chicken-and-Merguez couscous to red wine–braised beef cheek, herb-crusted lamb rack, seafood paella, and pan-seared salmon with beurre blanc.

To end on a sweet note, indulge in pistachio baklava, cherry clafoutis, tropézienne, and a selection of desserts made to linger over.

The Piscari Sunlit Brunch is priced at THB 2,500++ per person, including unlimited soft drinks from 11:30 AM till 2:30 PM. Children aged 7–12 years are priced at THB 1,500++, while children under 7 years dine complimentary.

For an extra layer of experience, guests may opt for The Social Pour package priced at THB 2,100++ per person*. The package includes house red and white wine, beer and spirits, including gin, vodka, whisky, and rum, alongside a selection of cocktails designed to complement the lively social vibe.

For a more celebratory touch, the Champagne & Sun Package is available at THB 4,200++ per person*, offering all beverages from The Social Pour package along with unlimited Champagne Bollinger and Champagne cocktails, perfect for raising a toast in style.

Stay a Little Longer

Because great conversations and laughter should linger at their own pace, Piscari invites guests to stay a little longer until 4:30 PM. After 2:30 PM, an extended beverage package is available at THB 1,000++ for The Social Pour or THB 2,000++ for Champagne & Sun. Guests can also continue to enjoy à la carte small bites while taking in the lush city views of central Bangkok, creating the perfect setting for conversations to flow freely.

Throughout the afternoon, DJ beats and live percussion set a relaxed rhythm, bringing together sunshine, music, and lively atmosphere in a true Piscari spirit—"Live Daily Life with Sprit”
