Bangkok, Thailand, January 19, 2026 – ABar Rooftop, the spectacular alfresco lounge perched on the 38th floor of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, invites hotel guests and local residents to elevate their evening to new levels of sophistication with “Bite the Bubbly”, featuring the finest Champagne, rosé wine, handcrafted cocktails, gourmet delights and DJ beats, all set against a backdrop of breathtaking views at its stunning 38th floor Sky Garden.
From January 15 to February 28, 2026, this stylish gathering offers the perfect opportunity to unwind after work or enjoy an unforgettable night out with friends. Guests can gather together at sunset (18:00 hrs onwards) discover an exceptional selection of beverages, including luxurious Veuve Clicquot Champagne (THB 700++per glass), elegant Château Sainte-Marguerite Rosé (THB 350++ per glass), and cool cocktails crafted with Malfy Gin and Lillet, the famous French aperitif, with signature creations including White Lady, Corpse Reviver No. 2, Lillet Spritz, and Rosé America (THB 375++ per glass).
Guests who choose to sip Veuve Clicquot Champagne will receive a second glass on us from 18:00 – 19:00 hrs, creating a sparkling start to the night as the sun sets over Bangkok! A DJ will spin upbeat tunes from 19:00 hrs onwards every Saturday, creating an electrifying vibe.
Discerning friends, couples and colleagues can then embark on a culinary journey with a curated menu of light bites designed to pair perfectly with the drinks. Highlights include Tomato Toast on grilled sourdough with ripe tomato, and Cheese and Ham Bites with creamy béchamel, Ibérico ham and Manchego cheese. Meat lovers will relish Grilled Beef Rib Skewers with salsa verde, BBQ Pork Ribs marinated with smoked paprika and garlic, and tender Grilled Chicken Skewers. Seafood lovers can savor Chargrilled Octopus and sautéed Garlic Prawns on sourdough toast, while hearty options like the Beef Burger and Grilled Sea Bass with lemon and capers round out the menu. Prices start from just THB 290++ per dish.
“Bite the Bubbly” will be staged every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings (18:00 till midnight) until February 28, 2026.
