Embassy Room La Marina by Genoa-native Chef Alessio Banchero unveils a Sunday Brunch inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean coast. Guests begin with ocean‑fresh selections “From The Sea,” featuring Blue Swimmer Crab, Tiger Prawns, a delicious selection of oysters and a refreshing Seafood Salad.
“From The Land” showcases a curated selection of cold cuts, cheeses and delicate Beef Carpaccio finished with mustard dressing. Hot dishes complete the journey, including a Sunny Side Up Egg with steamed asparagus and black truffle, homemade Fettuccine with garlic, chili and a rich shrimp‑scallop sauce and tender Flank Steak accompanied by rocket and balsamic reduction.

The brunch begins with a light, palate‑awakening snack before moving to pristine Seafood on Ice, a refreshing introduction to a leisurely afternoon. The centerpiece of the experience remains the various
Meat Platter, featuring ten premium cuts grilled over the Parrilla Grill and finished in the Kopa Oven for depth, smokiness and refined texture.
To further elevate the afternoon, the experience is complemented by an all‑you‑can‑eat à la carte selection of premium steaks, fresh seafood and decadent desserts, all served against Bangkok’s skyline views on the 34th floor.
