29 October – AustCham’s SB&E Committee Briefing: “Directors’ Liability”

On Tuesday 29 October 2019, AustCham Thailand’s Small Business & Entrepreneur (SB&E) Committee held a business briefing on “Directors’ Liability in Thailand” at The Duchess Hotel. In this regard, we would like to thank speakers; Kobkit Thienpreecha, Partner, Corporate and Commercial and Michael Ramirez, Senior Consultant, Dispute Resolution, from Tilleke & Gibbins for taking their time to provide us with an overview of directors’ legal duties, their civil and criminal liabilities, and the litigation process, allowing us to stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments.

2 October – Member Briefing: Men’s Health – Optimizing Energy Levels for Workplace Performance

On Wednesday 2nd October 2019, AustCham Thailand held our October Sundowners at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Attendees enjoyed networking, delectable fare and a wonderful atmosphere at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Prior to Sundowners, we organized AustCham Business Briefing: Men’s Health – Optimizing Energy Levels for Workplace Performance. We would like to thank Assist.Prof.Dr. Pansak Sugkraroek from Bumrungrad International Hospital for taking his time to provide his expertise on how to restore men’s optimal hormones to achieve the energy and vitality of their younger selves.
