Amid this serene waterside setting, as the sun sets and the moon reflects in the rippling waves, Sirimahannop’s culinary experts will craft “A Taste of Romance” – an aphrodisiac’s steak & seafood set menu featuring a series of indulgent ingredients, accompanied by a box of chocolates for every couple and an optional bottle of sparkling wine. With a live guitar duo setting the mood, this exquisite evening is sure to fan the flames of romance.
This sublime set menu starts with Sirimahannop’s signature hardtack biscuit with whipped sea salt and lemon & seaweed butter, before diners are treated to a “Triptic of Oysters,” freshly-shucked Dutch Zeewuse, Irish Ostra Regal, French Celine oysters served with mignonette of Champagne, passionfruit & pepper-berry. This is followed by succulent “Kataifi Prawn” wrapped in crispy pastry and served with creamy taramasalata, Iberico ham, and Oscietra caviar from Hua Hin.
This delightful dinner continues with “Confit Tasmanian Salmon” complemented with smooth avocado purée, ikura eggs, chives and finger lime, before the main event – “Wagyu Entrecôte,” a prime steak with a marbling score of 6-7, topped with hazelnut crumbs and served with smoked potato purée, crispy onions, asparagus and Perigord sauce. Simply sensational!
This enchanting epicurean experience ends with a “Raspberry Rhapsody” of fresh raspberries with jelly, accompanied with fresh vanilla chiboust and a unique raspberry & chili sorbet. Every couple will then be presented with a heart-shaped box of chocolates to take home and enjoy together in private – the perfect end to the perfect evening.
