We are delighted to introduce our upcoming Bella Sera Sunday Brunch – Estate Italiana, taking place on Sunday, 1 June 2025. Held on the first Sunday of each month, this brunch celebrates the vibrant spirit of Italian summer and its beloved culinary traditions in honour of Italy’s National Day.

This month’s menu features authentic regional dishes such as San Daniele ham from Italy’s most prestigious producer, Lasagna alla Bolognese, and true Roman-style Carbonara. The seafood bar takes centre stage with freshly shucked oysters, Venetian-style seafood risotto, premium prawns, and more. Guests will also enjoy a luxurious spread of Italian, French, Japanese, and Thai cuisine, live DJ entertainment, and a special Fausto x Espresso Martini guest shift.
