1 JUL – AustCham Thailand Webinar on  How to manage your organisation & employees during COVID-19 

On Thursday 1 July, AustCham Thailand held a webinar on “How to manage your organisation and employees during COVID-19”. In this regard, we would like to thank our speaker; Ms. Antiek Wahyu, VP Human Resources – Thailand & Myanmar at NS BlueScope, for taking her time to share with us her knowledge regarding the strategies used by NS BlueScope across their office and factory sites to keep employee efficiency and motivation high in a constantly changing work environment.

15 JUL – AustCham Thailand Webinar on “Enhancing Mental Wellbeing in a Changing World”

On Thursday 15 July 2021, AustCham Thailand together with Blackmore Thailand held a webinar on “Enhancing Mental Wellbeing in a Changing World”. The session was led by Brett Friedman, Health Professional Trainer and Learning Designer at Blackmores Institute, who presented what happens to the body when one is exposed to stress. We’ll also look at complementary medicine, dietary and lifestyle solutions to: address common symptoms associated with stress, improve one’s resilience to stress and enhance mental health and wellbeing. We would like to thank him for his contribution.

20 JUL – AustCham Thailand Virtual Roundtable on “Phuket Sandbox: How is it going?”

On Tuesday 20 July 2021, AustCham Thailand held its second edition of Virtual Roundtable on “Phuket Sandbox – how is it going?” led by Matthew Barclay; Consul General at the Australian Consulate General, Phuket, and Anthony Lark, President of the Phuket Hotels Association. Joint by our members in Phuket, the discussion focused on the updated restrictions, recent progress after its launch and what challenges and obstacles still lie ahead.
