Join us on 14 November 2023 from 6:00 PM – onwards to savor the flavors of iconic Single-Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons and Chardonnays from Napa Valley paired with a decadent 4-course set dinner menu and avail the occasion to meet guest speaker, Philana Bouvier, President of Demeine Estates, during this one-night event at Penthouse Bar + Grill.
The Heitz Wine Dinner features a Welcome Canape of Kaviari Oscietre Caviar and an Amuse Bouche of Gillardeau Speciale No.2 Oyster paired with a Mirabelle multi-vintage brut sparkling wine. Starters include a Hokkaido Scallop Crudo and Seared Rougie Foie Gras. The main course consists of a “Little Joe” Grass Fed Tenderloin with Winter Truffle, Madeira Jus and Jerusalem Artichoke, with Blackberries & Dark Chocolate Liegois for dessert.
The sumptuous set dinner menu items are paired with Brendel 2019 Noble Chardonnay, an unoaked and mineral expression made with only the finest Chardonnay, Brendal 2019 Cooper’s Reed Cabernet Sauvignon, a pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon that evolves with each sip and gracefully enfolds on the palate, the Heitz Cellar 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a fresh and elegantly structured blend, and the Heitz Cellar 2016 Trailside Cabernet Sauvignon, with vibrant notes of rustic red fruit, rosemary, sage and thyme.
The event is priced at THB 4,500++ per person with an early bird price of THB 4,200++ per person until 12 November 2023.
