Bangkok, Thailand – September 1, 2025 – Quan Spa at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park invites everyone to celebrate World Wellness Weekend from September 19–21, 2025, with three days of complimentary wellness activities designed to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit.

Now in its 9th year and celebrated in over 160 countries, World Wellness Weekend highlights five pillars of well-being: sleep, nutrition, vitality, serenity, and solidarity.

At Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, the program will feature:

  • Friday, September 19: Group Mini Run at Benjasiri Park, Full Body Stretching, and a Sustainability Workshop led by the hotel’s Sustainability Manager.
  • Saturday, September 20: Morning Yoga at the 9th-floor garden, Herbal Steam Bath, and a Head, Shoulder & Back Massage at Quan Spa.
  • Sunday, September 21: Boxing Exercise, a Healthy Dish presentation by the hotel’s chef, and a Mandala Basic Painting Class.

Participants who join activities on all three days will receive a special gift from the Wellbeing Team.
