7 MAY – Shrewsbury International School – Senior School Open Day

On Saturday 7th May, Shrewsbury International School Bangkok Riverside will welcome prospective parents who wish to see the newly-opened, world-class facilities and learn about what makes Shrewsbury Thailand’s premier international school.

With an extensive range of new Mathematics classrooms, university-level Science labs, Computing and Robotics facilities, the Sir David Lees Innovation Center is an inspiring place for our senior students. The stunning new Sixth Form and Higher Education space is the perfect place for students to prepare for their journey from Shrewsbury to Oxford, Cambridge, US Ivy League and other top global universities.
Following a welcome by Mr Chris Seal, Principal and Mr Rob Millar, Principal-Elect, Heads of Year and Students will guide visitors around the Innovation Center, inspirational Higher Education space and professional athlete level Sports Performance Complex in an interactive tour.

The Open Day has three staggered start times to support safe distancing and facilitate more targeted group tours.  These are at 9am for Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9), 9:30am for Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11) and 10am for Sixth Form (Years 12 and 13).

Upon completion of each tour there will be a presentation about the specific Key Stage.  The event will be completed by a networking session where visitors will have an opportunity to meet with our highly qualified and dedicated subject specialists.

(If you are planning to attend with children interested in different Key Stages, we recommend attending the first tour so you can then attend any additional Key Stage presentations as relevant.)

All attendees will be required to confirm a negative ATK test to access the event as per our strict COVID-19 safety protocols.

Spaces for the event are strictly limited. The school asks each family group to comprise no more than four members.

Come along to see our stunning new Senior School and learn more about what makes Shrewsbury Bangkok the top international school in Thailand.
