At the Asian Institute of Hospitality Management (AIHM), in academic association with Les Roches, we encourage you to explore new passions, develop hidden talents, and immerse yourself in a world of entrepreneurship. Starting 2021, we introduce short courses led by hospitality experts, held mostly on the weekend and ideal for the working professional.

Choose from one-day wine tasting sessions focusing on famous regions around the world or three-day barista course focusing on practise making coffee to a professional standard using a commercial espresso machine and create impressive latte art. Spaces are limited so register soon to avoid disappointment.
