Message From Chamber – July 2025

Chokdee

Dear AustCham Members,

As we turn the page on another vibrant month, I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all who helped make July a meaningful chapter in our AustCham’s journey. From insightful briefings to memorable networking moments, your continued support and engagement breathe life into everything we do at AustCham.

We kicked off July with our Monthly Member Briefing and Sundowners on the 2nd at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit. The briefing offered a deeper look into AustCham’s 2025 Vision and beyond, with strategic direction and key initiatives presented by members of the Board and Sub-committees. We also explored ways members can fully maximize their benefits and actively engage within our thriving community.

Mid-month, on the 17th, our ever-popular SME Coffee Morning brought us together thanks to the generous support of Dr. Paul A. Crosio. His insights on the 2025 BOI incentives for SMEs proved invaluable to many of our SME members navigating new opportunities.

The 23rd saw our ASEAN Webinar in full swing, revealing promising business pathways for Australian enterprises across the region. From investment incentives to real cross-border success stories, the session highlighted AustCham ASEAN’s dynamic potentials.

We wrapped up July with a warm and energetic ESB Sundowners at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G on the 25th. It was wonderful to see AustCham members connecting with friends from Joint Chambers in Eastern seaboard area—these moments of camaraderie are what make our network truly special.

🌟 Looking Ahead

As we look forward to the upcoming Sundowners on the 6th of August at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, there will be much to share and discuss. Thailand’s evolving economic landscape—marked by global tensions, policy changes, and regional uncertainties—calls for clarity and cooperation. These challenges, while real, also remind us of the strength in our shared mission and the value of staying connected.

🙏 A Final Word of Thanks

To our sponsors, speakers, panelists, and most importantly, our members—thank you. Your unwavering support propels AustCham forward. Together, we continue to build a Chamber defined not only by Business, but also by Connection and Community.

With appreciation,

Chokdee Wisansing
