Message From Chamber – June 2025

Matthew

Dear members and friends,

It’s a pleasure to speak with you and to share some highlights from what has been a vibrant and successful month for the Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce “AUSTCHAM”.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen the Chamber continue to grow in energy, connection, and our community impact. We hosted highly successful Sundowner networking events in both Phuket and Chiang Mai, extending our reach and engagement with members and businesses. The turnout and feedback from these events have been exceptional, showing the real appetite for connection across Thailand. We will look to continue our focus on engaging members from throughout Thailand.

In Bangkok, we shook things up by taking our monthly Sundowners to Topgolf. It was a fresh, fun approach that not only brought our members together in a more casual setting but also introduced several new potential members to the AUSTCHAM community. It’s a reminder that innovation in how we engage can open new doors.

One of our standout achievements this last month was our AUSTCHAM Golf Day, which was not only a day of fantastic camaraderie and sportsmanship but also a great success in raising funds for our CSR initiatives. These funds will directly support projects that make a tangible difference in the lives of people in our communities.

I’d like to thank all of you—our members, sponsors, and volunteers—for your continued support and participation. The momentum we’re building from within the team and is thanks to your enthusiasm and involvement. This is also being fueled by our new Board fully settled in to their roles and looking to make further contributions.

We look forward to carrying this energy into the months ahead. Thank you.

Kind regards,

Matthew Cutt
