Awarded again: Silk Legal listed as “notable firm” in Asia Legal Business’s Asia M&A Rankings 2021

Asia Legal Business (“ALB”) has listed Silk Legal as a “notable firm” in Thailand for Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) in the 2021 Asia M&A Rankings – a prestigious accolade awarded to some of the region’s most noteworthy firms. This comes as Silk Legal’s latest award following the firm’s nomination as a finalist for Thailand’s Law Firm of the Year as well as being listed as a ‘notable firm’ in IFLR1000’s list of notable firms for restructuring and insolvency.

Providing insight into the top firms in the M&A practice, the legal media firm took into consideration both ongoing matters as well as those that have been closed over a period between August 2020 and July 2021. Metrics used to determine whether a firm should be listed in the rankings include the volume, complexity, and size of the matters undertaken, as well as its presence across the region. It also considers key personnel and the growth of the firm’s practice group.

The Silk Legal team would like to once again thank our clients, partners, and peers for giving us the opportunity to demonstrate our understanding of the M&A practice.
