Asia Legal Business (“ALB”) has listed Silk Legal as a “notable firm” in Thailand for Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) in the 2021 Asia M&A Rankings – a prestigious accolade awarded to some of the region’s most noteworthy firms. This comes as Silk Legal’s latest award following the firm’s nomination as a finalist for Thailand’s Law Firm of the Year as well as being listed as a ‘notable firm’ in IFLR1000’s list of notable firms for restructuring and insolvency.
Providing insight into the top firms in the M&A practice, the legal media firm took into consideration both ongoing matters as well as those that have been closed over a period between August 2020 and July 2021.
