AWC – Receives “Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2022” for having the highest corporate brand value in Thailand in the real estate development category

Bangkok, 27 January 2023 – Asset World Corp Public Company Limited or AWC, Thailand’s leading integrated lifestyle real estate group, received the prestigious “Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2022” Award in recognition of having the highest corporate brand value in the real estate development business category in Thailand, with a corporate brand value of 74,556 million baht. The “ASEAN and Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2022” event was jointly organized by the Master in Branding and Marketing Program (MBM) under the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn Business School, and the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Prof. Bundhit Eua-arporn, Ph.D., President of Chulalongkorn University, presided over the award ceremony at the Chulalongkorn University Auditorium.

The “ASEAN and Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2022” event was jointly organized by the Master in Branding and Marketing Program (MBM) under the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn Business School, and the Stock Exchange of Thailand to awards organizations with the highest corporate brand value in Thailand and ASEAN. The event has been held for 13 consecutive years using the “CBS Valuation”, a corporate brand value measurement tool. The brand valuation is measured from the company’s financial statements submitted to the SET to calculate the average of three consecutive years. The measurement also integrates marketing, finance, and accounting to enable an accurate calculation of a company’s brand value in a monetary term without bias.
