CBRE Property Management Thailand – Appointed to Manage Canvas Ploenchit, a Premier Office and Retail Development in Bangkok’s Business District

CBRE Property Management Thailand, a leading provider of property management services, has been appointed as the official property manager for Canvas Ploenchit, a highly anticipated office and lifestyle retail project in the heart of Bangkok’s business district.  Canvas Ploenchit, developed by Capstone Asset Co., Ltd., is strategically located on Phloen Chit Road, nestled between the Phloen Chit and Chit Lom BTS stations and opposite Central Embassy. The six-story building spans more than 6,000 square meters, featuring office spaces, restaurant, retail establishments, parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations. The development also houses Common Ground co-working space, Jetts Fitness, Stolen Stores’ new experience showroom and Thonglor Dental Hospital. The project aims to offer world-class amenities and attract distinguished tenants.
